A LITTLE HELP CHOOSING

Finding a gardening shirt for the right kind of grower

A vegetable gardener, a houseplant collector and a flower grower may all love plants, but they do not necessarily want the same shirt. Start with what they grow. A recognizable leaf, flower or favorite crop gives the design a more personal starting point.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

GOOD QUESTIONS.

Does a plant shirt have to be green?

No. Choose a fabric color that gives the artwork contrast and suits the wearer’s usual clothes.

What is a good gift for a houseplant collector?

A recognizable plant form or a reference to indoor plant care may feel closer to their interest than a vegetable-garden scene.
